Chef Rob Pronk

Since his high school days, when the fire for culinary jobs was sparked in Rob Pronk, he has advanced 25 years and become a hospitality proficient artisan. From washing dishes to managing a kitchen as an executive chef in the most prominent hotel chains in the country, his successful journey was full of challenges. Rob was born in the Netherlands, and his journey started with visits to other countries but it was this warm and peaceful Belize that gradually captured his heart. Being the proud owner of “Love on the Rocks” Hot Rocks Grill Restaurant and Chef Rob’s Gourmet Café, Rob prepares great dishes from around the world using his experiences as his inspiration which played against the calm Stann Creek district background.
