Since its opening in 2014, Rain Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace has enriched the foodie world by satisfying thousands of people’s palates with its outstanding cuisine. In the forefront is Chef Samuel Gonzalez, the Owners Resident Executive Chef asserting value to the standard of fine dining. It was at the beginning of 2009 when Chef Samuel was traveling around for more than 2 years looking and preparing food and that was where he found his passion. By 2012, soon after his passion was realized, he easily started his first diner.
In 2014, Chef Samuel joined the Rain Restaurant as the apprentice of Chef Hugo Meyer, where he improved and refined all his culinary skills and techniques. Today, Chef Samuel still surprises diners with his creative and delicious dishes thereby making Rain Restaurant a must place to visit to make for the best dining experiences.
